Health Coach Week

My business is rolling out AND it is HEALTH COACH WEEK this week. What better time than NOW to focus on your health and wellbeing? What better time to focus on MY health and wellbeing. There are many things happening for me at the moment and some of it quite overwhelming. The best I can do is to take it one step at a time! One week at a time and one day at a time.

My mission in life is that I want everyone to understand the effect nutrition and lifestyle has on your health and wellbeing. It is truly important to me and I am deeply passionate about spreading this information. I don’t want anyone to sit around all day, having headaches, backaches, sleeping badly and generally feeling sluggish and NOT know why this is happening.

Living healthy is actually quite easy! Ha! Yes, you may roll your eyes, but it is true! To start off: Do not sit around all day – get up and start moving! Find an exercise routine that works for YOU! Stop eating CRAP! Your body needs good foods to nourish it-self and to function vibrantly.

Health is, however, not only about good food and exercise. There is more to it. You need to feel happy, to be happy in all areas of life. Your career, your relationships and within yourself! Dig up the mess that made you overeat to begin with and start dealing with it! Your life is now, don’t waste it! Don’t start tomorrow or next Monday – start NOW!
