Follow me as I take you through my journey of weight loss, post-baby weight loss that is! I am due in 3 months and plan to have reached my pre-baby weight of 75 kg by the end of the year 2015.
This is my second pregnancy and last time I gained about 25 kg. My goal is to not gain as much this time and have it all lost by 31st of December 2015! Am I crazy? Maybe. Maybe just crazy to want to blog about it!
My absolute goal weight has always been to weigh 60-65 kg – I am 172cm, but with my big-boned-body type (as if…) and love of sugar and fattening foods (oh that’s more like it…) it has never been possible. I feel good at 75 kg, so this will be my goal post pregnancy. Maybe once I have reached that I will pursue the ultimate goal, but I believe one should never take on too much too fast. “You do remember what happened to the little girl that tried to much too fast don’t you? She died, Jill” (Yes! I am a die-hard FRIENDS fan!). So for now, lets focus on getting to the feel-good point of 75 kg.
My current weight is 87 kg. I am 33 years old and this is my second child – another boy and I cannot find a suitable name for him. Luckily I still have 3 months to figure it out and I wont reveal it before he is in my arms 😉
My plan is to post every Friday about the week that has past. This is quite nerve racking as it probably is for anyone who starts to blog, but I have lately tried to live by Nike’s motto “Just do it”, so this is what I am going to do. Wish me luck and “see you” next Friday.
